Guitar Wizzard Waren Haynes Coming To The Smith Opera House

Warren Haynes’ long-anticipated solo album, Man In Motion (Concord Records), is a timeless collection of songs that crackle with modern vitality yet draw on his deepest roots as an artist.

The disc pumps fresh blood into the heart of soul and blues, stoked by Haynes’s Herculean prowess as both a powerhouse singer and guitarist — a reputation he’s earned as a member of three of the greatest live groups in rock history: The Allman Brothers Band, The Dead and his own Gov’t Mule.

Wells @ Hobart Tonight First Soccer Game Under The Lights On The Boz!

WHWS 105.7 fm will broadcast live tonight's Wells College-Hobart College soccer game beginning at 6:50pm. Join Ted Baker and Joe Lasky for all the action. Listen in for updates on the first William Smith Field Hockey game against Oswego State.

Hobart Senior Justin Dotzman is now preparing for his final season as a member of the Hobart soccer team. Last season, Dotzman was selected All-Liberty League honorable mention and earned a spot on the conference all-academic team. The two-year team captain has recorded four goals and six assists for 14 points in 50 career games. In his time on the squad, Hobart has posted a 52-15-12 record, captured the Liberty League title in 2010, and made three appearances in the NCAA Tournament.
